This was a quiet evening in Ischgl last winter, the clouds came down and you could barely see the side of the valley. That was the day things really clicked for me on the slopes. I usually only get to ski one week a year, so I try to make the most out of it. I was on the hill early and was tired by the time the day finished.
At the end of the run into the valley, it gets really steep and moguls form as the day progresses. I got a burst of energy and went all out on the last run, charging moguls, planning my route 3, 4, even 5 bumps ahead. By the end of the run, I was beat, but I loved it.
